Oolong is a traditional Chinese type of tea somewhere in between green and red, ranging from 10 percent to 70 percent oxidation. The best Oolong has a nuanced flavor profile. It is commonly brewed to be strong, with a slight bitterness leaving a sweet and pleasant aftertaste.

Alishan Cream

A rich and luxurious tea with honeysuckle, butter biscuit, cream, vanilla and a light sugar cane sweetness.

Amber Gaba Oolong

Organic Oolong made from Chin Shin Da Mo cultivar and processed in nitrogen to increase GABA to 200mg per 100g. Fragrant aroma of wine gums. Muscat flavour with a summer rain on hot stone freshness and smoky sugar honeyed finish.

Amethyst Gaba

Fascinating Oolong made from the Fo Shou (Buddha's Palm) cultivar stored in Nitrogen to increase GABA levels. Deep, dark, smooth and totally unique.

Duck Sh*t Oolong

Masterful Dan Cong Oolong made from the Ya Shi Cultivar. Buttery on the nose with baked almonds accented with a sour cherry fruitiness.

Eastern Beauty Oolong

Highly prized Taiwan oolong with a unique flavour profile of muscatel, honey and citrus. A satisfying oolong which has been oxidised longer giving it a sweeter delicacy similar to a darjeeling.

Empress Oolong

Dark roasted Wuyi Yan Cha (rock oolong). Charcoal caramel leading to cranberry juice soaked wood. Vanilla whisky, fresh tobacco and ripe apricots.

Frozen Summit Oolong

Special grade heavily roasted Dong Ding. Flavours shift on the tongue from buttery, dark baked biscuits to spiced pear sweetness. Astoundingly long finish.

Iron Monk

Burnt chocolate, brandy soaked cherries, slight menthol freshness and antique wood. Tingling minerality moving from dry to juicy sweet.

Jasmine Jade Oolong

A delicious oolong from Anxi county, scented with freshly picked Jasmine flowers. A more floral and mellow flavour compared with grassy jasmine green tea. Relaxing and uplifting.

Lost Robe

Cultivar developed from cuttings of the original Da Hong Pao mother plants. Medium roasted dark fudge aroma. Brandy, hazelnut, butterscotch and cooked apple.

Midnight Sun

Naturally creamy Jin Xuan cultivar Oolong which is dark roasted over charcoal. Buttered popcorn, cream and dessicated coconut. Dark molasses aroma with hints of sweet orange and raisin.

Osmanthus Oolong

A deliciously aromatic oolong infused with finest osmanthus flowers. The scent of sweet flowers and dried apricots gives way to a soft, grassy taste and a smooth finish.

River High

A sweet and exotic combination of finest oolong and ginseng. A rich oolong tea with subtle licorice, burnt sugar and tropical fruit overtones. Perfect hot or as an ice tea.

Royal Peach Orchid

Known as a doppelganger tea for its ability to imitate surrounding plants. Forest honey, sweet potato and orchid. Ripe pear with a rocky mineral finish and teasing acidity.

Royal Peach Orchid - Deep Fire

A heavier roast of one of our favourite Dan Congs. The light peach fruitiness and sweet honey of the original transforms to a more luscious dried apricot and thick treacle taste.

Ruby Gaba

Special nitrogen oxidised tea from Taiwan. Roasted coconut and burnt pine depth with a rosehip acidity and lingering eucalyptus sweetness.

Silk Oolong

A popular oolong tea with the scent of warm milk and ripe, sweet mangos. The flavour is rich and buttery with a creamy mouth feel and a fresh finish. Perfect to pair with desserts.

Song Zhong Oolong

A 2nd generation graft of a Song Dynasty tree. Uniquely balanced and enigmatic tea which shifts between floral, caramel and fruity with a mineral rich briskness.

Superior Iron Goddess

Superior grade Anxi oolong for the most discerning tea drinker. Honeysuckle, orchid and light banana cream with a gentle spinach and grass finish.
