Thyme is a stimulating and sweet Essential Oil which has immuno and digestive stimulant and anti-spasmodic properties. It is beneficial for chest and throat problems including colds and laryngitis as well as for cystitis, fatigue, insomnia, rheumatism, and gastritis. Blends well with Lemon, Bergamot, Lavender, Marjoram, Pine and Rosemary.


For massage, add a few drops to a base oil and massage into preferred areas. For a steam bath, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water or bath and inhale deeply. To burn, add a few drops to an oil burner and enjoy the fragrance as it gently fills the room.
